Love Thyself

A One-Act Play

What does self-love mean to you? The approval of loved ones? Searching the cosmos for enlightenment? Maybe it just means that your health and body are taken care of at the end of the day. For Linette, it's deciding to give the love to herself she's always wanted someone else to give to her. As her invited friends gather at the chapel for her special day, they realize just how unconventional Linette's wedding is and maybe how needed.

This one-act play features roles for 3 women and 2 men. The characters range in ages from late 20's to 50's.

 

Please feel free to gender-bend and any race can play any character. Unconventional casting is not only welcomed but encouraged.
